INscension Support

A sanctuary for coming into your body, not out of it.

When you feel overwhelmed, buzzing, heavy, unsteady, or “out of yourself,” it isn’t an ascension symptom — it’s your system calling you home.

This Alchemy Pod supports the INscension process: the inward ascent of consciousness where light moves into matter, the nervous system softens, and the body becomes safe to hold more of you.

INscension restores coherence by:
• grounding your light deeper into your cells
• stabilizing your field during energetic intensity
• easing physical, emotional, and energetic discomfort
• helping you re-enter your true design with gentleness

This is movement into safety, not away from sensation.
Awakening within the body, not escaping it.
Presence over transcendence.

A steadying space to calm the intensity, soften the edges, and support your full inhabitation of form.

Return to center.
Return to breath.
Return to your body.

Moon Shed

🌙 A Sacred Alchemy Pod for Rejuvenation.  Imagine a luxurious spa retreat designed exclusively for deep restoration and renewal—a sacred space where the feminine can honor her natural rhythms without interruption. This pod is created for rejuvenation during the moon cycle.  A twist on the She Shed Concept → A sanctuary for women to retreat, rest, and restore their energy during their most tender times.

The feminine is naturally called to rest during this time, yet modern society forces women to push through exhaustion rather than honor their bodies.  During the moon cycle, we are shedding the lining of our creation center—a deeply sacred process. Without proper rest and renewal, we are unable to fully complete the cycle of creation in both the physical and energetic realms.  The Moon Shed is a space to recharge and restore so that women can return to their lives feeling empowered, balanced, and whole. An alchemy pod where the feminine is honored, nurtured, and deeply replenished.

Moon Swing™

Restorative Sleep Alchemy Pod

A gentle return to the rhythm your body already knows.

Sleep is not something the body should have to force. It is a natural restoration current — a nightly descent into repair, integration, replenishment, and renewal.

Moon Swing™ is a personalized Alchemy Pod designed to support deeper, more restorative sleep by helping the body soften out of overdrive and return to its own natural nighttime rhythm.

Each experience is uniquely attuned to your current needs and may include supportive alchemical frequencies for nervous-system settling, emotional quieting, physical comfort, circadian harmony, and deeper whole-body restoration.

This is not about making the body sleep.

It is about creating the conditions where rest can become safe, spacious, and natural again.

Moon Swing™ may be especially supportive when you are experiencing:

• Difficulty falling or staying asleep
• Restlessness or nighttime overthinking
• Nervous-system overactivation
• Physical discomfort interfering with rest
• Exhaustion without true restoration
• Disrupted sleep rhythms
• A need for deeper integration after Wellspring sessions or periods of change

Let the day release.

Let the body soften.

Let yourself be carried.

After intense activity, surgery or other injury, the body goes through a recovery process, during which muscles and the body repair and rebuild themselves. In this alchemy pod, I will help to balance mechanisms including protein synthesis, nutrient delivery, speed healing, and removal of metabolic waste. Beyond this, I bathe the body in herbs and powerful energies to support recovery. This pod works to release tension, trauma, and stagnant energies to boost and support rapid recovery. There are hundreds of energies I include and lots of work aimed at muscles, and tissues, to restore balance to the muscles, despite the cause of the imbalance.
